Dedicated S’ Review
I was drawn in to this book from the start and would highly recommend this book to anyone that likes romance wrapped in drama with a bit of suspense.
This is a story about a girl who gets herself into trouble trying to save her best friend. Her brother’s childhood friend, a giant amongst men in the underworld, is the only person that can save her. The storyline completely gripped me and I struggled to put the book down once I started reading, you can really feel the sexual tension between Emma & Carter.
The book really makes you feel like your living the story, great description of all events which helps to bring the story to life. I felt that all of the characters were credible. My favourite character was Emma. She had to make some very hard decisions but always came out on top if she wasn't ready to be pushed in the direction Carter wanted her too.
I would love a Carter Reed of my own to help me with any situation in life; it was so romantic to read that he had been looking out for her, even when she didn't realize.
I'm looking forward to reading Carter Reed 2. Tijan is an exceptional author, and I can’t wait to read more of her work.
