Synopsis
Nell Presley believes that no good can come from love. Her grandparents screwed it up, her parents screwed it up, so why would it be any different for her? She would rather keep it casual and protect herself. Damon Masters was happy with casual through university but his feelings for Nell develop and he now wants more. With the aid of Nell’s best friend, Chloe, Damon sets out to smash down the wall Nell’s built around her heart and show her that not all love is doomed to end in disaster. But is Nell be strong enough to let someone in or will Damon end up getting his heart crushed? Recommended for 17+ due to content |

Dedicated K's Review
Will they won’t they? Two very different side of love, the sickly happy couple and the passionately intense ‘friends with benefits’.
Even with true love right in from of her face with her best friend Chloe marrying her sweetheart Logan, the struggle for the main character Nell to realise what true love is, is heart breaking. Her struggle comes from a very turbulent childhood with her warring parents, and because of this Nell refuses to fall in love and lead the happy life. Until Damon comes along. Then feelings get confused and the drama and sex unfolds.
I could feel Nell’s pain throughout the book which brought me to tears at times but laughed along with her when Damon made her smile. The huge reveal as to why Nell is the way she is and her relationship with her parents really pulls at the heart strings as we unravel more and more about her.
Nell and Damon’s first trip away was definitely my favourite part of the book, their thoughts and intense feelings where obvious through the writer’s words. The way Natasha Preston changed point of view from Nell to Damon between chapters really amplified just how intense their weekend was and the feelings that they had for each other. The sex was passionate and intense and gave me goose bumps during the course of the book (there was a lot, and it was HOT!).
If I could keep Damon for myself I would, he is sexy tattooed and very much my type, who knew a man could have such intense feelings and patience, Nell is a very lucky lady.
To all women who love a good love story with plenty of downright dirty sex read this book you will not be disappointed.
